ADVANCIS Passival Sono Duo combines melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (1 mg at bedtime ensures the effect), with poppy, known for promoting sleep and relaxation. The formula also includes vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. A daily dose provides the recommended amounts to obtain the benefits of these compounds.

Take 1 tablet a day, before going to bed.
